1. Services Provided

2. We offer interior design consultation, space planning, design development, and project management.

3. Fees and Payment

• A deposit of 20% required upon agreement.
• Remaining fees will be invoiced upon completion of milestones.
• Payments are due within 10 days of invoice receipt.

4. Project Timeline

• Estimated project duration will be provided at the outset.
• Delays due to client decisions or unforeseen circumstances may extend the timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide timely feedback and necessary approvals.
• Access to the project site must be granted as agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

• All design concepts and materials remain the property of the designer until full payment is received.
• Clients may not reproduce designs without written permission.

7. Changes and Revisions

• A specified number of revisions are included; additional revisions may incur extra fees.

8. Cancellations and Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 10 days’ notice.
• Deposits are non-refundable after project initiation.

9. Liability

• The designer is not liable for any damages beyond the service fees paid.

10. Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of VIC.

11. Acceptance

• By signing this agreement, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
